Nothing says amateur more than a skewed screw in a hinge or lockset. It's another step but if you want all your screws to fit flush like a professional, then get these bits. These bits are well made and not the cheap China imports. They are a must have when installing hinges, strike plates and anything that requires that you drill a hole directly in the center of the countersunk hole of the item you are attaching. You can on occasion hit the mark freehand but with these bits they'll be spot on all the time.
The price is not a giveaway neither, but it works fine. Its OK. or German. Swiss company, isn't it. I bought a Chinese set like this one and it clogged, the chrome finish started peeling off two or three weeks after, well, I threw it away. Like with everything else. These Bosch people are good at almost everything they do. Well, I gave it 4 stars because I think they can do a better finish.
